After knowing the data obtained from the voice of customers, customers research, and data collected from the market then we have to translate these data into a form of product / service that meets customer demand. Fulfillment of customer needs is the provision of appropriate quality standards expected by the customer.
For example, consumer demand for quick delivery of the answer as the answer tothe quality of service is to accelerate the shipping time. Customer demand for “On-time arrival” quality characteristics that we are working on is the departure from schedule

In general, consumers will ask for the best. We as a manufacturer that sells products and the product or service also touched classify these requests in the Critical to Quality of the most urgent to the mediocre. This classification should be described in several variables that affect quality. Say obtained Classification A, B, C and D show the urgent or not a quality acts.
