The concept of building a product with specific qualities, every company has distinct improvement concepts to one another. Damage analysis, production errors and failures in achieving quality in handling addressed differently. Modern quality systems are characterized by the presence of activity-oriented on prevention of damage, rather than focusing on efforts to detect any damage.

Quality by inspection alone is not enough and it was too expensive.
